In a nutshell, accountability means doing what you say you’re going to do.
Accountability can be extra challenging when you have ADHD and can also impact productivity, because both accountability and productivity require organization, diligence, and focus - all of which can be hard for folks with ADHD.
So what do you do if you struggle with accountability?
